Julia Meyers
Therapist
If you’ve ever felt overlooked or carried more than you share, I support Sibs, Gen Z, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent individuals through a deeply attuned, “big sister energy” approach shaped by growing up alongside a family member with special needs, helping you untangle emotions, build self-trust, set boundaries, and feel calmer and more empowered through virtual sessions across California.
Morgan Hubbell
Therapist
Morgan Hubbell, LMFT is a therapist serving Sibs, neurodivergent teens and adults, and individuals seeking values-aligned living, offering in-person and telehealth sessions from Newport Beach, CA. Though not a Sib herself, she grew up alongside family members with disabilities and brings a compassionate, eclectic approach integrating EMDR, ACT, and other evidence-based practices; she holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC and is licensed in California and Virginia.
Heather Frankovich
SibThrive Coach
Heather Dee Frankovich is a Sib, psychotherapist, and wellness coach with 20 years of experience who founded SibThrive, a program in partnership with the Sibling Leadership Network, CaliforniaSibs and OregonSibs, to elevate sibling wellness nationwide through intentional personal development, meaningful healing, and community support—including a 6-week cohort-based support group and ongoing alumni connection—while also leading Sourcing Joy and enjoying life with her three adult children, dogs, and love of running, cooking, travel, and music.
Whitney Donahue
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Whitney is a Sib and affirming therapist who centers equity and inclusivity in her work, specializes in supporting siblings of people with disabilities and neurodivergent clients, and uses an integrated, holistic approach (including IFS, CBT, MI, Brainspotting, and mindfulness) to help clients move forward with clarity and self-trust; she holds an MSW from USC and is licensed in California.
Suyapa Ulloa
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I’m a Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist with 14+ years of experience — and a Sib myself — who understands the complex mix of love, guilt, grief, and responsibility many Sibs carry. I provide a culturally responsive, trauma-informed space using EMDR and Brainspotting to help Sibs heal, build boundaries, regulate their nervous systems, and move from self-sacrifice toward balance and self-compassion.
