Angela West-Brown "Angie B" is a Sib and Life Coach who believes that effective adult transition planning of a loved one with IDD, sets the whole family up for success.
She wrote a book titled, "Lost and Found" about creating a plan for your loved one with IDD to transition from high school to college, aduthood and beyond. Angela wants to be your partner on this journey.
She is an Individualized Education Program (IEP) Transition Coach, Consultant, Author, Sib, wife, mother and Educational Empowerment Speaker.
