Positivity is the Best Policy
Dear Sibs,
When I feel overlooked, what helps (or what I wish would help) is reassurance, check-ins, and collecting things I like.
One thing I want other sibs to know when they feel invisible is you are never alone, you ARE noticed, there are just times you feel down, and that is okay. And don't be afraid to use your voice to express your wants and needs to others.
