Encouragement in the Hard Days
Dear Sib,
I see you. I see the times you quietly step aside when your sibling’s needs take center stage. I see the way you protect them in public, even when kids (or adults) are unkind. I see how you’ve grown up with responsibilities most people your age couldn’t imagine.
And I need you to know: you’re doing an incredible job. Even when you’re tired, even when you doubt yourself—you are stronger than you realize.
Take care of yourself, too. Your dreams, your laughter, your rest matter. You are more than a support system—you are your own whole person, worthy of love and joy.
Keep going. You’ve got this.
With encouragement,
A Sib
