About Sibshops

Sibshops are interactive, fun workshops that provide a supportive space for children and youth to connect around the unique experiences of growing up with a sibling with a disability (we refer to these participants as Sibs).

Sibs aged 8-18 are invited to attend, and will be grouped with similar ages.

Virtual Format

Given the geographic spread of families who are interested in Sibshops, along with the continuing ups and downs of COVID, we plan to operate in virtual mode for the foreseeable future. We are currently supporting families located across the greater Bay Area (broadly defined as Santa Cruz to Sacramento).
